We launched a platform for Fitou inhabitants and guests to publish relevant information about that village and area. Each user is able to create it's own content: events, special places and of course, the business in Fitou.
The service is offered free of charge.
fitou.eu could be the beginning of an online community for " les fitounais" and their guests.

Seminar and Training Administration
Submitted by Christine Graf on 2007, July 1 - 13:33.July 2007
We developed an online administration system based on Drupal 5.2 for the Swiss seminar and training provider mentalpower.ch.
All data for the seminars exist in text documents.
The seminars are partly composed of different training modules, which are based on each other.
Seminars and modules should be separately bookable and payable online.
Costumer and invoice management takes place online by the company employees.
Different analysis and evaluation forms give an overview about the number of participants, booked modules and turnover.
Participants should have, depending on booked and completed courses, access to download course materials.
The whole administrative system should be created as complete as possible with existing Drupal modules such as CCK and Views to avoid expensive adjustments after software updates.

Organisation of a network
Submitted by Christine Graf on 2005, April 19 - 10:33.April 2005
For an international operating aid and development network we created a Joomla based web portal. This portal allows cross-boarder coordination of member and supporter activities, continuous public relations and publishing of documentations and images.
The whole work of the network was done manually; for some single actions, independent HTML pages were created.
After a detailed analysis of the work flow, we developed together with the responsible persons of the network a structure to illustrate the activities in Joomla. The staff was integrated in the development of the portal from the very beginning, which allowed them to be able to administer the whole portal by themselves, once it was finished.

Organisation of conferences in Africa
Submitted by Christine Graf on 2005, March 19 - 11:08.March 2005
For the organization of international conferences, workshops and seminars we created for a UK based company group a conference portal on the basis of Drupal.
All offers, such as events, sponsoring, advertisement, subscriptions for magazines, should be manageable, bookable and payable online.
For each customer a customer account is kept.
Contents are provided and administered, depending on the rights, by users.
The administration of the platform is done by the employees.
We developed, after a detailed analysis of the work flow, together with the responsible persons of the enterprise the structure of the web page.
In consequence, the company was reorganized and responsibilities were adjusted.
Employees were taught basic knowledge of CMS, HTML and image editing.

Cooperation Platform
Submitted by Christine Graf on 2004, May 19 - 14:35.May 2004
In a socially disadvantaged region in Lower Saxony, Germany, we have developed together with local associations and local people in charge for the social development a networking platform based on Joomla.
The aim was to create a network based on one's own initiative and self-responsibility between local associations, politically and economically responsible persons of the region and their residents.
It should be simply possible to create and look after contents, to provide prospective customers with specific information and to strengthen their social identity.
The development was and is accompanied in an advisory manner.
It is connected with topic-specific trainings and workshops, which are organized and financed in the context of projects and accomplished by the participants of the network.
The development of the network platform continues.
